Based across Australia, with a global backing from countries including the UK and Croatia, the Ipsos iris team consists of researchers and data scientists responsible for delivering the solution, and a commercial team taking Ipsos iris to market, embedding usage, and making it famous.
CEO, Ipsos Australia & New Zealand
With 20+ years in senior market research and management roles Simon will be overseeing Ipsos iris project. Simon has extensive experience in audience measurement, launching the emma readership service, overseeing technical development of emma and was involved in the development of MOVE 2.0 for Outdoor measurement. Simon has a background as Marketing Director for Financial Review Group, including digital media assets, and is a board member for the ADIA the industry association for data and analytics firms.
Digital Measurement Director
With 20+ year’s senior market research and audience measurement experience, Heather will be leading the project in Australia, managing the commercial rollout and product development. Her experience includes Head of Research News Corp Australia for 6 years, Co-Chair IAB Measurement Council for 3 years, Member of The Readership Works Technical Committee for 10 years and is a Full Member of The Research Society since 1998. Heather is also an Advisory Board Centre Member.
Audience Measurement Service Leader
Monika is leading the technical research aspects of the project with our data scientists. She has 7+ years’ experience in audience measurement, and has been a head of Ipsos Audience Measurement since 2018. She was the Research and Technical Lead for emma readership survey between 2016-2021, and is currently is the Research and Technical Lead for the OMA MOVE 2.0 rollout in Australia. Monika was a member of the The Readership Works Technical Committee since 2016.
As Commercial Lead, Brian will be responsible for the overall commercial management of Ipsos iris to help commercialise this large-scale national audience measurement project, while working with our research teams to create innovative data insights. Brian has over 25 years experience successfully developing and launching media, research, content and more recently digital intelligence businesses.
As Project Manager, Cassandra is managing the implementation of Ipsos iris across all elements, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard. Cassandra has over 6 years-experience working as a Project Manager, a Masters Degree in Marketing and a diverse range of experience in roles across marketing, customer experience, sales and operations.
Full Stack Developer
Goran provides expert technical support for tagging implementation as the go-to for media owner developers in Australia. He will also be part of the team ensuring the reporting interface delivers to local market needs. Goran Posta is a developer with 18 years of experience with passion for Microsoft technologies and big data.
Global Head of Data Science
Mario is part of our Global Audience Measurement team. His remit includes heading up our global Data Science capability and leading on the expansion of our Online Measurement offer to other Ipsos markets outside of the UK. He will be actively supporting the UK team on various technical and methodological developments across data science, site-centric measurement, and reporting. Mario’s role also includes assuring that latest advancements and best practice methodologies in the area of cross-media measurement are continuously added to our portfolio and implemented in local deployments such as Ipsos iris.
Global CTO, Audience Measurement
Sean is part of our Global Audience Measurement team. His remit covers all the technologies used for audience measurement. He will be actively involved in the development of Ipsos iris’ site-centric data collection and reporting platform, working closely with external suppliers and internal development, data science and commercial teams. Sean has over 30 years’ experience within the technology and operations area within multiple Market Research sectors.
Head of Online Measurement (UK)
Joud is leading the project in the UK. He will be working with different stakeholders in order to deliver project specs. Fourteen year of marketing research with strong expertise in managing offline and digital media audience measurement projects. Also, part of Joud’s role is to ensure product development based on industry requirements.
Senior Manager, Client Service ANZ
Ana-Maria is leading the online recruitment for the panel. She will be working closely with the panel manager to ensure the panel is nationally representative of the Australian online population. She has 8+ years’ experience as Ipsos panel manager and in EU, ASEAN and AU. She also led the transition of emma TRW readership survey from CATI to Panel recruitment methodology.
